Signature Cola – Summer Batch

This signature cola batch was born in the summer of 2023.
Using the local ingredients we had on hand at that moment, we began experimenting and blending different elements until a cola emerged—crafted to be both deeply refreshing and truly thirst-quenching.
The flavor is designed with a layered depth, followed by a long, smooth finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Each sip leaves a cooling sensation, as if your breath were gently carried away by the breeze of a summer afternoon.
For this reason, the recipe is produced only in limited quantities during the summer season—preserving the memory of that moment in every bottle.
Signature Cola – Three Distinct Layers of Flavor
1. The Foundation – Deep and Refined
At its heart lies a rich infusion of black tea, gently layered with Madagascar vanilla, maple syrup, and warm cinnamon. This foundation gives the cola a deep, rounded body—smooth, aromatic, and reminiscent of classic cola with a more refined, sophisticated character.
2. The Floral & Berry Elegance
Mulberry, wildflower honey, and chrysanthemum blossom weave delicate floral and berry notes into the profile. The result is a subtle sweetness and fragrant complexity that lifts the drink beyond the familiar taste of conventional cola.
3. The Bright Finish
A touch of fresh lime provides a vibrant citrus lift, balancing the richness of the blend. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and lively—leaving a clean sparkle on the palate.

จากวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นที่อยู่ในมือ ณ เวลานั้น เราเริ่มทดลองผสมผสานส่วนผสมต่าง ๆ จนเกิดเป็นสูตรโคล่าที่ตั้งใจให้ทั้งสดชื่นและดับกระหายได้อย่างแท้จริง
รสชาติถูกออกแบบให้มีความลุ่มลึก พร้อม finish ที่ยาวและชุ่มคอ ทิ้งความรู้สึกสดชื่นไว้บนปลายลิ้น ราวกับลมหายใจที่ผสานไปกับสายลมของฤดูร้อน
